***NOTE: This feature is only available for Enterprise subscription plans***
Step 1: Access the Reports Section
- Log into your dashboard.
- Navigate to the Operations section.
- Click on Reports.
Step 2: Open the Scheduled Reports Tab
- Once the Reports screen loads, click the Schedule Reports button.
- This will open a new tab dedicated to Scheduled Reports.
Step 3: Choose the Report Type
You’ll see three types of reports available:
- Guest Feedback
- Guest Recap
- Transactions
Choose the report type you want to configure.
Step 4: Configure the Report
- On the right-hand side, click Configure next to the report type.
- In the pop-up window, toggle Enable Automated Reports to ON.
- Additional configuration options will appear.
Step 5: Set the Frequency
Choose how often you want to receive the report:
- Daily
- Covers: Determined based on the End of Day time configured in the Dashboard
- Delivered: Every day at your specified time
- Weekly
- Covers: Monday through Sunday
- Delivered: Every Monday at your specified time
- Monthly
- Covers: 1st through the end of the month
- Delivered: The 1st of the following month at your specified time
Step 6: Choose Delivery Time
- Select the time you want the report delivered (e.g., 8:00 AM).
Step 7: Select Delivery Method
You have two options:
- Email: Enter your email address.
- FTP Server: Provide the following:
- Host
- Port
- Username
- Password
- Directory
Step 8: Submit the Configuration
- Fill in all required fields.
- Click Submit.
- A confirmation message will appear: “Scheduled configured successfully.”
Step 9: Verify Report Status
- The dashboard will now show that the report is enabled.
- You’ll see the delivery schedule and method at a glance.
