Subscription Details:
This section provides an overview of your subscription, including products, billing, and payment information. It is divided into four main tabs: Overview, Locations, Invoices, Payment Method
Overview displays your current products and associated fees
- To update the billing email address:
- Click the area next to “Billing Email”

- In the pop-up window, add or edit the email address.
- To add multiple emails, separate each email with a comma and no space (e.g. email1@example.com,email2@example.com).
- Click “Submit” to save your changes.
- In the pop-up window, add or edit the email address.
Locations lists all Active Locations associated with your subscription.
Invoices provides access to both historical and unpaid invoices
- To view an invoice
- Click the three dots next to the invoice,
- Then click "View"
- To pay an outstanding balance:
- While viewing the invoice, scroll to the bottom.
- If a balance is due, click “Pay Now”.
Payment Method displays all saved payment methods on your account.
- To add a payment method
- Click "Add Payment Method"
- In the pop-up window, select the payment method type:
- Option 1: ACH Direct Debit
- (Optional) Check the “Default” box to set as your default method.
- Option 2: Credit or Debit Card
- (Optional) Check the “Default” box to set as your default method.

- Enter the following details:
- Bank Account Number
- Bank Routing Number
- Bank Name
- Click "Submit"
- Enter the following details:
- Option 2: Credit or Debit Card
- For Credit or Debit Card, enter:
- Card Holder Name
- Card Number
- Expiry Date
- CVV
- Country
- Postal Code (if applicable)
- Click "Submit"
- For Credit or Debit Card, enter:
