How to view customer information, including name, pickup time, and date, in the SoftPoint online ordering system:

Log into SoftPoint Dashboard: Access the SoftPoint dashboard and go to Contactless > Online Ordering.

Enable Settings:
- In Settings, you can enable options for curbside pickups (set as not available, optional, or required).
- Under Ordering Options, customer information like customer name, phone number, and pickup time are always required.

View Customer Information:
- After an order is placed, you can view the customer name, pickup time, phone number, and order details in the ticket.
- If curbside pickup is enabled, the ticket will also include the vehicle information.
This setup allows you to access and view customer order details, including their name and pickup information, for easier order management.
