Creating & Editing Dispensers

To set up and edit dispensers in the SoftPoint POS system:

1. Log into the SoftPoint Dashboard and navigate to Contactless -Dispenser Kiosk.
2. Dispenser Kiosk Settings:
   • Set the dispenser as online or offline.
   • Configure tips and tip percentages.
   • Enable bar tabs with authorization and incremental charges.
   • Turn on biometrics and choose ID scan methods (manual or card reader).
   • Decide if pending registrations require approval.
   • Enable or disable the "journey" feature.
   • Set the order type based on configured order types.
   • Set drink limits (e.g., 2 drinks per 16 minutes).
   • Configure the screensaver (idle image or video).
3. Revenue Center Setup:
   • Revenue centers from the configuration are displayed here.
   • Add a Station: Set up a kiosk, assign a revenue center, and define a station number.
   • Edit a Station: Activate/deactivate and rearrange stations as needed.
4. Ingredient and Item Setup: Add ingredients and assign dispensing positions to items within the station.

This process allows you to fully customize and manage your dispensers and kiosks.
