To use Text To Pay in the SoftPoint application, follow these steps:
- Log in to the SoftPoint application.
- Select the ticket you wish to pay for.
- Click on "Pay".
- Choose "Text To Pay".
- Enter the phone number of the customer.
- Once you hit "Submit", a text message will be sent to the phone.
On the Customer’s Phone:
- Open the text message.
- Click on the link provided in the message.
- Select "Pay My Ticket".
- Choose whether to proceed as a guest or log in to an account.
- Enter the credit card information.
- Click "Continue".
- Choose whether to leave a tip.
- Sign the transaction.
- Select "Pay" to complete the transaction.
Once the ticket is paid, the customer will have the option to choose whether they want a receipt.
