To complete an online order in the SoftPoint dashboard for a location with Online Ordering, follow these steps:

1. Select the location with Online Ordering enabled.
2. Click on "Online Order" to bring up the menu (with or without pictures).
3. Select an item:
   • If the item has no modifiers, it will go directly to the cart.
   • If modifications are needed:
     • Go to the cart.
     • Long hold the item to bring up a pop-up window with options to add something to the meal or provide additional instructions.

Checkout Process:

1. Select "Check Out" once you are ready to complete the order.
2. Click "Proceed as Guest".
3. Fill in the payment details, including:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email
   • Phone number
4. On the right, choose your payment option:
   • Credit Card: If you select this, fill in your credit card details.
   • Pay in Store: If you choose this option, select "Place Order" to send the order to the POS. You will be able to select and pay for it once you are in the store.
5. If you choose Credit Card, after filling in the credit card information, click "Place Order".
   • The order will be sent to the POS.
   • You will receive information on when you can pick up the order and the balance due.
   • A receipt will also be sent to your email.
