To access and use the Recipe Report in the SoftPoint dashboard, follow these steps:
Accessing the Recipe Report
- Go to Reports: Select Reports under the OPERATIONS tab on the left-hand side.
- Find the Recipe Report: Under the Menu section on the right, click the View button next to the Recipe Report.
Understanding the Recipe Report
- The report lists revenue centers and displays the items used in each center along with their recipes.
- You can see the ingredients for each item, including the volume and actual measurement units that should be used.
Mods with Recipes
- Below the main section, there is a section for Mods with Recipe, showing the ingredients for each modifier.
- As with the main section, ingredient volume and measurement units are displayed on the right.
Filtering the Recipes
- Use the Filter button in the top-right corner to refine the report:
- Filter recipes by revenue centers.
- Search for items with or without recipes.
- Focus on Mods with recipes.
Exporting the Recipe Report
- The report can be exported in Excel, PDF, or CSV formats for further analysis or sharing.
