There are two methods, using BroadPOS is the preferred one as it is easier.
1) Using BroadPOS:
- Open BroadPOS (Transit, Portico, RapidConnect, Bluefin, ...)
- Go to FUNC
- Settings, then enter password: mmddYYYY

- Agree and Upload
Once logs are sent, send a message to PAX support along with the serial number.
2) Connecting the device to a computer:
- Grab all the logs located in Internal Storage/Android/data/<application package name>/files
Example: Internal Storage/Android/data/us.softpoint.datapoint/files
Send a message to PAX support along with the serial number and the log files attached.
