Steps to Create a Reservation

Accessing the Location:
- Start by selecting the desired location where you want to create the reservation.

Navigating to Reservation Tab:
- Go to the Reservation tab where you can view existing reservations for the selected date.
- If there are no reservations for that date, a message indicating so will be displayed.

Adding a New Reservation:
- Click on the "Add Reservation" button to start the process of creating a new reservation.

Selecting or Adding Guests:
- If the guest is already in your system, search for them by name or phone number.
- If it’s a new guest, you'll be prompted to add their details, such as:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Optionally, Email Address

Creating the Reservation Details:
- Fill in the necessary reservation details:
- Select the type of room or space (e.g., office, conference room, etc.).
- Set the check-in time (e.g., today at 3 p.m.).
- Specify the check-out time (e.g., tomorrow at 11 a.m.).
- Enter the number of guests included in the reservation (e.g., 2 guests).
- Fill in the necessary reservation details:

Pre-submitting the Reservation:
- Review the reservation details before finalizing.
- Click on "Pre-submit" to create the reservation.
- You will receive a confirmation number for the reservation.
- An SMS notification will be sent to the guest (if applicable).

Viewing Reservation Status:
- After submitting, you can view the reservation status.
- The status will indicate whether the guest has completed the check-in process or not.
